Macramé Plant Hanger Workshop
Macramé Plant Hanger Workshop
Try the fun and relaxing craft of macrame. During the workshop you will learn how to tie four different macrame knots and using recycled cotton cord, create a plant hanger for your home or garden. You will be provided with cord, a wooden ring and a metal pot and all the equipment you need to make your plant hanger. Lyndsey from Crafting with Lyndsey will guide you through step by step, so the workshop is perfect for macrame beginners.
This is an outdoor workshop located within the Italian Garden. Please bring along a camping chair to sit on and your own drinks and snacks.
The garden is actively under restoration and very much a work-in-progress with uncleared areas, uneven paths and no facilities on site.
There is limited parking at the garden so car sharing where possible is encouraged. Visits will be cancelled the day before if bad weather is forecast.
We are pleased to offer subsidised pricing thanks to our National Lottery funding. If you would like to make an additional donation to our restoration project, any contribution towards our replanting fund would be very welcome! The garden is a not-for-profit charitable interest company and all profits are reinvested in the restoration and replanting of the garden.
