Change is happening, life as we know it is ending, anxiety and worry is high - come talk about it  and ground together in love.

I am offering a space where we can be with the horror of things and the hope of things - a sharing circle of two halves.The world feels heavy, the collective is struggling, many people are dissociating and pushing through in order to cope, others feel paralysed and helpless; however you're feeling it's not the only truth - I want to hold a space for the contrast, and for you.As is tradition with sharing circles we will not be giving advice, we will not be conversing in the traditional way. A sharing circle is for speaking into, to be witnessed and supported in our experience without need or expectation of change. Presence is what we give, have and are.We will be humans BEING with other humans. I will begin with a grounding exercise to ensure we all know how to look after ourselves should emotions/stress arise.The first half will be for the horrors. Time to speak about how the news, the changes, the difficulties are impacting you.We will have five minutes of mindful silence.The second half will be for hopes. What have you seen/heard that feels good, that balances the tough stuff.There is no requirement to speak if you wish only to join together with others and share the time and space.This is a loose guide of course, sharing circles take on their own identity and we will be with what and who arrives. We will hold confidentiality. We will be respectful. We will be open-hearted if we can.SPACES ARE LIMITED. IF YOU REGISTER AND ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO ATTEND PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO THAT I CAN RELEASE YOUR SPACE TO SOMEONE ELSE.
