Please read the below information carefully before registering.We are excited to be getting ready for our 2022 DSUK Holiday Programme. To register for a Holiday please complete this online registration form. Please only register for your first choice holiday week, you can select other DSUK Week preferences during the pre-registration process. Please select all the places you require for your holiday, including family members and/or carers accompanying you.Due to uncertainty with Covid-19 restrictions, we will not be offering solo-travelling members the option of sharing a room with someone from another household, if you are travelling alone you will need to pay a single supplement.DSUK is unable to provide personal care and assistance off the slopes, should you have requirements for personal care or require assistance, we do ask that you bring someone along with you on the holiday. If you are unsure please contact us on 01479 788770 to discuss.Please complete the pre-registration form with as much information as possible, this will help us ensure we have the correct information. Please also ensure you complete all fields marked with an (*) asterix.Registration will not guarantee you a place on a holiday and it is not a confirmed booking. DSUK will make every effort to offer you a place. Due to equipment and instructor requirements across our holidays we cannot guarantee places at this time.Please also note, that when selecting your preferred departure airport, dependent on your travel requirements, transfers and assistance, we may not be able to offer you a regional flight outside of London Gatwick.Should you be successful in obtaining a place on a DSUK holiday we will contact you directly to let you know this and to inform you of the price for the trip and to take your deposit payment.
