Our 90 minute free hands on training for people in Kenilworth and area shows you how to do CPR and use an AED.

Location: Kenilworth Sports & Social Club, Ground Floor, Montague House, 12 Upper Rosemary Hill, Kenilworth CV8 2PA

Our 90 minute free hands on training for people in Kenilworth and area shows you how to do CPR and use an AED.

CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation): If a heart has stopped, CPR can help move blood around the body and keep vital organs including the brain supplied with oxygen.

AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is a device, often available in a wall mounted box. The use of an AED can help the heart restart into a normal healthy rhythm.

The mission of KHS is to help save lives in Kenilworth by ensuring we all have access to an AED, know how to use it and know how to practice CPR.

Training is free of charge but donations on the day would be appreciated.

These places are limited, so if you have booked to come but are unable to attend the training for any reason, please cancel your ticket so that you place can be booked by someone else. Thanks!
