Join me, Rachel Richards, Healthy Habits Coach for a free 45-minute online circle where we pause, reset, and explore healthy habits that will make the biggest difference to how YOU feel.

Each month we’ll cover a simple, practical theme such as:

  • Sneaking in more movement without “working out”
  • Eating well without fuss or overthinking
  • Building mindset shifts that stick

What to expect:

✔ A warm welcome and a wellbeing check-in

✔ One simple tool or practice you can try straight away

✔ Supportive discussion with other women

✔ A takeaway resource to keep you on track

This isn’t another lecture or class — it’s a space for you to reflect, connect, and reset. You’ll leave with one healthy habit to carry into the month ahead.

When: First Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm

Where: Online via Google Meet (link provided after registration)
