We need your HELP!
We are looking for people in your community to help us test the ORB App and provide us with thoughts and feedback.

This briefing session will provide you with all you need to know about how you can help us gather insights and feedback on a new app called “The ORB”, on behalf of Lancashire &amp; South Cumbria Health &amp; Care Partnership.
 
We need your help to test this new App which has been developed to work on mobile and tablet smart devices, we would like to find out what you think of it, what you like or don’t like and what works well or could work better, we want to hear from the people it’s been created for, that’s you! 
 The ORB has been designed to provide a convenient, free to access and easy to use interface to access a variety of lifestyle, health, care and community related services and information at a local, regional and national level, all at your fingertips and within a few presses of the screen.
 You will have the ability to personalise your version of the app to match your unique and specific needs by adding what you deem relevant to you, it’s a one-stop shop to access the many tools and services available to you as a citizen, patient and individual living in Lancashire or South Cumbria, and then the rest the country. Whether its booking an appointment with your GP, paying your council tax or accessing apps and services which relate to a specific subject or topic, like mother and baby apps and websites, well-being or volunteering services and tools or tools linked to medical conditions or needs you can find, add and access it all here, in one easy to use App. 
 The Lancashire &amp; South Cumbria Health &amp; Care Partnership has been collaborating with The ORB team on its configuration over the last two years. It is now ready for user testing as part of its launch and this is where your help comes in.
