Comedy  Fundraiser: Save the Soul of Peckham (with Nish Kumar)

Aylesham Community Action (ACA) sprang up in summer 2020 in response to proposals for the Aylesham site in Peckham town centre.Berkeley Homes bought the site in summer 2021 from the previous owners, Blackrock. The ACA campaigns for local people to be properly consulted, and for the new development to meet local need and to respond to the character of Peckham town centre.

Our community campaign convinced Southwark Council to reject Berkeley's application.
