Women In Management is an independent network which supports the aspiration of women of all ages; providing opportunities to lead, to learn and to make a difference where ever you are.Our Community is made up of individuals who are passionate about encouraging and developing the skills, knowledge, and experience of girls and women.  Our members are female, male, all ages, cultures, ethnicity, religions, gender or sexual orientation – our focus is entirely on women’s development.We believe that where ever you are right now you in your life you have something to share with others; we are here to create opportunities to help you do this in a variety of ways.

The Women’s Awards SHINE Community will be holding its next online networking event on Friday 23rd July 2020 at 12 o’clock. SHINE Network is a safe space for you to find the help, spirit of friendship, and support you want as a woman. Meet with like-minded women who are looking to grow themselves, just like you are. The experiences you want? How will you measure your life successes? Understanding exactly how you can successfully develop your business and career without burnout, stress, and loneliness is possible. Join us for this mini-workshop run by Sandra Pollock OBE, Founder of the Women&#x27;s Awards and SHINE Magazine. You will also have lots of opportunities to connect with other women across many other sectors.We’ve chosen lunchtime because we know that many women struggle with evening events, even online events because this is the time we spend with our families. Networking is important for our growth and progression. This is a chance to help you make some important connections. If you are already a member of our community, why not invite a guest to join us.
