This summer, Arbeit is hosting the WORK Series.Over June and July, Arbeit are hosting a number of Free workshops across Locations in Hackney Wick, Leyton Green and online.The WORK series has been designed to provide knowledge, skills and support to businesses, creatives and communities. The classes focus on building strength, developing cardio, and stretching - by combining the different styles of training you’ll leave feeling sweaty and satisfied. The class will pack a challenge for any fitness level and is suitable for barre newbies.Freya SimpsonFreya Simpson is a barre, cycle and dance instructor. Originally trained in dance, Freya uses her creative background to choreograph fun and challenging classes to the beat of the music.
