Every 6 weeks we will focus on something new. Meaning you know what to expect week after week, until you feel confident in this area of yoga.
Bristol School of Yoga is a warm, bright and welcoming space. Fully kitted out with plenty of yoga equipment that you don't need to bring anything along if you don't want to / don't have anything.
Together we will build strength and mobility, whilst also learning the ancient breath, meditation and relaxation practices that make yoga such a unique and versatile tool that supports us in modern life.
Everything you will learn will be delivered with openness, clarity and practicality - demistifying the practice and helping you feel solid and grounded in what you're learning.

There is the option for paid parking around the studio. Otherwise it's a very central location, therefore easily accessible via public transport. There are bike racks across the street from the studio if you'd prefer to arrive by bike.
