Every Wednesday from 15th September 1-2pm for adults of all ages

Could you do with reshaping and rethinking your day to day patterns?As we move our bodies we are carving out space through shapes and lines. This block of six sessions will give you the permission to play and encourage exploration. We will look into what different shapes symbolise, how different shapes and textures can help us express what we feel inside and investigate how we can move our bodies outside of our habitual movement patterns. Ultimately, we are aiming for you to be challenged in new ways through our unique facilitation method. With dance artist Eilidh Scott.We will send you a zoom link in an email 2 hours prior to the class. If you need support we will try our best to help you get online and dancing.
