Thank you for booking on to our training. Your place is now confirmed, and we look forward to seeing you at our LIVE ONLINE mental health and suicide intervention training funded by Nottinghamshire County Council. The venue will be confirmed in due course, but will be in the locality mentioned in the event listing. Important Information: Self-Care The topics raised in the training delivery can be emotionally evocative. It is strongly advised that delegates should be aware of personal impact that training in mental health can have and should seek the appropriate reassurance, support and guidance from the Trainer delivering the session if they become distressed or affected by any of the topics raised. As an organisation, we encourage that all delegates practice self-care during their time on the course, ensuring they take adequate breaks and manage their own self-disclosure. All trainers have direct contact with a clinical team should needs arise to implement additional support. Registration and booking Training places cannot be guaranteed unless registered through Eventbrite and we have received a completed training registration form. If these are not completed, we may withdraw the training place. All delegates are required to agree to these terms and conditions before their place is confirmed. The organisation/person signing this form is responsible for ensuring that all delegates listed above are aware of the terms and conditions. Confidentiality As an organisation we strive to base our services on strict confidentiality. Only as a very last resort should a member of Harmless consider breaking confidentiality. However, before this will happen, all delegates should be informed that confidentiality may be breached if there is perceived to be a risk of harm to an individual or others, and consent sought from all delegates before any disclosures are made. • The subjects discussed within training can be very emotive and can lead to discussions and disclosures about professional / personal experiences. Due to this, confidentiality must be respected. Anything discussed within the training that has been disclosed by a delegate should not be discussed outside of the training location • Any delegate who shares information should be respected for their contribution • The session Trainer will also be expected to maintain confidentiality with regards to any disclosures and should not share details once the delivery has been completed • If the Trainer feels there may be immediate risk or harm to an individual or others, confidentiality will be breached and relevant agencies contacted Feedback • Feedback must be completed by each delegate both before and after training delivery • Feedback should be returned to the Trainer, which will then be submitted and a summary of training will be produced from the information gathered to be sent in a anonymised report to Nottinghamshire County Council • Delegates will be required to complete a 3 month follow up evaluation, to be emailed to them as a condition of accepting the training place • Please note if feedback forms and follow up surveys are not completed, certificates will not be provided Cancellations If the delegate/organisation cancels a training place: • All cancellations must be confirmed via email to training@harmless.org.uk at the earliest opportunity • If a delegate is unable to attend the training, Harmless will allow a replacement to take their place if we are notified about any changes at least 48 hours before the training is due to take place. Replacement delegates will be required to complete a separate training registration form before we can accept them on the course • While this training is free, any late cancellations or non-attendance may incur a fee to be paid by the organisation If Harmless is forced to cancel the training due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances: • Harmless will endeavour to cancel the training, if necessary, at the earliest opportunity • Harmless cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred by late cancellation Data protection 1.
