Organisational Development at University of Sussex

Online Community of Practice for Mentors.

The Community of Practice is open to all staff who have attended mentoring training and are providing mentoring to a colleague at Sussex. If you haven’t attended before, you are very welcome to join. 
The CoP provides mentors with the opportunity to: 
•	Share insights and best practice 
•	Receive co-supervision from peers 
•	Build mentoring capability 
•	Practice and enhance knowledge. 
This session will be facilitated by Sarah O'Malley, Organisational Development Adviser.Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any specific requirements regarding this staff development activity (e.g. hearing/sight impairment) so that we can do our very best to accommodate your needs. Please register using your Sussex email address and ensure you have access to Zoom. Once you have registered to attend, Organisational Development will email you the Zoom details before the event.
