Trees and Leaves - A fun session to learn about trees

Come and have quality time in nature, with your little ones. As part of the Harrow Parks Forum Activity Programme, Harrow Nature Heroes are pleased to present &quot;Trees and Leaves&quot;. Have fun exploring trees. Learn about their leaves and the animals that live in them. We will be using our senses, craft, and games. By the end of the session, we hope that you will be able to begin to identify some local trees and will have made something simple to take home.Suitable for children 4 - 8 with accompanying adult. Booking essential. For your safety and to stay within local government guidelines we are holding two sessions over the day to keep the numbers low. Maximum of 15 people per session. We ask you to bring a rug or mat to sit on. Even though restrictions have been lifted, we ask that, where possible, stay 2m apart and remain sensitive to the needs of others who may be more vulnerable. As we are outdoors we do not need to wear a mask but feel free to wear one if this will make you feel safe.Please bring: <ul><ul><li>A rug or mat to sit on.</li><li>Warm and waterproof clothes, if appropriate, we will be outdoors for the whole session. Except in extreme conditions, we will go ahead with the event whatever the weather. </li><li>Sturdy shoes or boots as the ground can get muddy and be uneven.</li><li>Your Harrow Nature Heroes logbook (if you have one)</li><li>Please wear long sleeves and trousers to protect your arms and legs.</li></ul>Please be aware that there are no toilets in the park.</ul>Accessibility.
