Barefoot has been helping people get happier, healthier and more connected through yoga and wellness since 2012. We run classes 7 days a week, as well as a part-time 6 month Yoga Teacher Training programme, internationally accredited by Yoga Alliance. Our next course starts January 2021.

A deeply relaxing afternoon of journaling, gentle yoga, head &amp; shoulder massage (fully clothed) and self-care. There will also be time to share experiences of caring over a cup of tea.FREE for family carers in Brum looking after an elderly, frail, sick or disabled relative, in partnership with Birmingham Carers Hub. Register with this non-profit support service online in a matter of minutes. You don&#x27;t need to be a full-time carer to register.Family carers can have a difficult routine, and we&#x27;d like to help you find some moments of deep peace.You&#x27;ll enjoy a mindful movement session, opening up the body to release tension, followed by deep rest / guided meditation to relax the mind, a reflective moment supported by journaling and a delicious head &amp; shoulder massage (fully clothed).No experience of mindfulness or yoga is required, just an open mind and an intention to relax.
