About Producer Lab:
Producer Lab is a five-part workshop series designed to demystify the producing process for early-career creatives, self-producing artists, indie companies and emerging producers. Each session is led by Blown Fuse Theatre’s Executive Producer, Roxanne Carney, and rooted in honest, experience-based learning. The series breaks down the producing process into accessible, hands-on workshops that build your skills, confidence and network.
Sessions are interactive and informal, with space for questions, reflection, and peer connection. Topics include team building, stakeholder partnerships, budgeting, touring, and self-promotion.
Come to one workshop or attend the whole series. These sessions are designed to support the creative work you’re already doing, and help you build what comes next.
