Elmhurst Experience Day 2021- Lower School (School Years 6-10)

Elmhurst Ballet School is commemorating its Centenary in 2023 and is a world leader in ballet training and education, inspiring, nurturing and celebrating young ballet dancers with the talent, commitment and passion to become exceptional dance professionals.Expert staff deliver elite training in state-of-the-art facilities, an experience enriched by a highly-esteemed association with Birmingham Royal Ballet and an ongoing relationship with Studio Wayne McGregor.Elite but not elitist, Elmhurst believes that talent is classless and its exceptional training opportunities should be available to young dancers regardless of their financial, social and cultural backgrounds. While Elmhurst is an independent school, typically some 80% of students benefit from Government support and in-house bursaries to train with at the school. Unfortunately, this is never enough and the school is reliant on the generosity of donors to enable it to continue to train the most talented young people in need of support. Her Majesty The Queen Consort, who has supported the school since 2006, visited Elmhurst on 14 March 2023 to celebrate its 100th anniversary.Registered Charity Number: 1040286
