My name isClazand I'm an accredited Life, Career & Wellbeing Coach with the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring, as well as a professional Holistic Therapist with qualifications in anatomy, physiology and healthy eating & wellbeing (nutritional basics).I'm passionate about seeing happier and healthier people!I love seeing transformation in determined people who want to make sustainable changes in their lives. What sets the highest performers apart from others?Is it discipline? Is it productivity? Self-awareness, maybe? Yes, it&#x27;s all those things, but it&#x27;s also RESILIENCE.Within the inner world of every human being are 8 modal keys for wellbeing. I will be introducing you to them as:<ul><li>Physical wellbeing</li><li>Social wellbeing</li><li>Emotional wellbeing</li><li>Psychological wellbeing</li><li>Spiritual wellbeing</li><li>Occupational wellbeing (i.e. work and career)</li><li>Financial wellbeing</li><li>Environmental wellbeing (i.e. immediate to national environment)</li></ul>This preliminary session to my 3-part personal training series on resiliency starting in September 2021 is all about exploring where you are already showing resilience in your life by reflecting on any signs and syptoms of distress. It will simultaneously serve to highlight particular areas that seem or appear to be a struggle, challenge, hardship or suffering for you.For each of these areas of wellbeing, there are multiple coping and resiliency skills that can be applied - these are explored further in September.Join this workshop for a truly holistic introduction to personal resiliency training at a fundamental level where you will discover the possibility of engaging positively in life, and showing up to live your mission and purpose, despite life&#x27;s winters.Refund policy - N/AZOOM LINK - Will be emailed or privately messaged to you.
