Hybrid working, a term that we’re all familiar with now as we start to open up after the pandemic, and it seems to hold mixed emotions! In a recent study by Cisco, 81% of employees say that they don’t want to return to the office and prefer a hybrid-working scenario. ACAS have revealed in their recent study published July 15th that half of employers expect more flexible working requests from staff after the pandemic, and over 55% expect an increase in staff working from home or remotely! Indeed, 57% expect to be in the office less than ten days a month. Our webinar explores this move towards hybrid working and the push from our employees to work more flexibly. It goes beyond policy and offers techniques and learning to make the permanent shift toward the hybrid working model more effective for your organisation, its leaders and teams. People Perform have studied the research on leading and being an effective member of hybrid teams. The new skills needed to lead effectively in this new world are subtle and require behavioural development for us all; leaders and team members. As part of our hybrid learning model, we have partnered with organisations to develop managers in the skills needed to create a high performing hybrid team and worked with their teams to set expectations in being a positive member of a hybrid team.
