Getting some exercise doesn’t mean you have to head to a gym and get sweaty. We think the best forms of exercise involve being with friends, having a chat and best of all enjoying the great outdoors. Come and join us for an hour, bring a friend, bring a dog, bring a baby in a pram, we don’t mind, the more the merrier.We’ll walk and talk, or just walk if you prefer.
