Join us for a live cook along with Bake Off contestant Sandy Docherty, using fair, fine and ethical foods.

JTS and NCC (Fairtrade National Campaigner Committee) are thrilled to be hosting three cooking demos during Great Big Green Week, also known as Climate Fringe Week with the legend that is Sandy Docherty. Sandy took part in The Great British Bake Off 2015 and is a firm supporter of Fairtrade and will be cooking with JTS Fairtrade and organic pulses.We want to invite you to attend, you can either cook a long with Sandy or just tune in and watch her create her magic.During this cook along, Sandy will be making a very handy pie filling using Fairtrade and Organic Toor Dal (sometimes known as yellow lentils).This event will take place on Zoom.
