Is this event aimed just at people living or working in York?

Accepted Answer

No - the issues which will be raised by the film and discussed by participants are common to many cities, so join us wherever your interest lies. YoCo is focused on the York Central development, but we'll be using this as a case study for potential good practice which is will be relevant  elsewhere.
