Ruils are happy to invite you to an online refresher training about being an employer. This has been updated with the most recent changes from HMRC.
This session will introduce people who are becoming an IE to the following topics; it is also a great chance for those who currently employ PA’s to brush up on their skills and knowledge:
- Employment legislation
- Writing a good Job Description
- Interviews
- Inductions
- Supervision
- Boundaries
- Disciplinary & Grievances
- Health & Safety incl. risk assessments.
We are happy invite a total of 20 people across Richmond and Wandsworth to attend these sessions.
