VIable Corporate Services have developed a 5 month free to attend webinar series in partnership with Social Enterprise Northern Ireland. Throughout these sessions, we&#x27;ll take you from the point of firm conception, mission and vision planning and strategic direction setting, through to identifying key skills and recruitment, how to formulate a marketing strategy and processes you will need for bookkeeping and payroll best practice.By the end of the 6 months, you&#x27;ll have a PDF Handbook that we will provide, giving you a step by step checklist to help support and improve the strategic direction of your back-office processes.We&#x27;re delighted to invite you to attend our first session of the 5 months - Mission, Vision and Firm Purpose. In this session, you will learn:<ul><li>The importance of having a mission, vision and purpose.</li><li>How to build all 3, and the differences between them.</li><li>How to cascade your objectives around your mission, vision and purpose.</li><li>How to develop strategic pillars, and shape the foundations of firm strategy.</li></ul>You can sign up for free for this event today.
