We’re excited to launch the Formula Botanica Global Meet Up Week, a unique opportunity for our students and graduates to come together in person and celebrate their shared passion for formulation. A big thank you to our local hosts for organising their own meet-up events in cities and regions across the globe. These meet-ups are a great opportunity to bring people together. I’ve been creating my own botanical cosmetics for several years and absolutely love exploring sustainable, skin-friendly ingredients. I believe in sharing knowledge, inspiration, and good conversations over a cup of coffee (or tea!), so I’m excited to connect with fellow students and exchange ideas, tips, and experiences during Global Meet Up Week.About the venue: We’ll meet at Café Wilhelmshöhe (Baunsbergstraße 29A, Kassel). It’s easy to reach by public transport, offers a cozy atmosphere, and even has a children’s corner, so parents with kids are warmly welcome.Optional to bring: If you like, bring a small sample of something you’ve formulated or a product you’re currently working on—just for inspiration and to spark conversation. You might meet students on the same course as you, chat with a few graduate brand owners, and share tips and stories from your own journey. Most importantly, it’s the perfect excuse to grab a drink with people who share the same passion for natural formulation as you! Here are some handy hints to help you have the best possible experience:1. Check your Eventbrite email once you reserve a ticket 📝You’ll find your host’s name and venue details there. If the venue has a reception or front desk, ask for the area under your host’s name.2. No reception? No problem!Your host should have a Formula Botanica sign, badge, or another way to identify themselves when you arrive.3. Take photos and share your experience! 📸We’d love to see your meetup moments. Tag us with #FBGlobalMeetup so we can celebrate your event too!4. Look around for fellow students and graduatesDon’t be shy — you’re all part of the same global community! Spot someone who looks a little unsure? Go say hello — you might just meet your next formulating friend or study buddy.5.
