<h3>Welcome to Journeys of Surrender</h3>Please read all the below carefully including what to bring🌿 Join us for a unique transformative sound bath experience, where soothing vibrations and healing frequencies harmonize your mind, body, and spirit and help to enter a state of balance and calm following an INTENSE eclipse season and the fiery full moon in Aries on October 17th.On this special day we will align with the astrology of the full moon and this one is in Aries, the fiery initiator and spiritual warrior..This sound bath invites you to release emotional residue, old patterns, and mental noise. Through deep, resonant soundscapes, we’ll create space for stillness, reflection, and inner clarity—supporting a calm return to self and a quiet sense of renewal. What happens in the session?I have 3 decades of experience in the spiritual arena of wellness and offer a very intuitive energy to the session. The sound journey brings the sounds of tibetan and crystal bowls, a symphonic gong, flute and gentle chimes and voice allowing integration of your journey.Lying down you will guided through an initial relaxation process, which includes guided visualization, deep breathing, and progressive muscle relaxation, which helps to create a state of receptivity and calm.The journey lasts approx 45 minutes so there is plenty of time to return in a grounded way to return homeTIMING: Please arrive up to 10 mins early as we will start on time - once the session is in progress the doors will be closed for entry. PARKINGSpaces are limited at the Pavilion, so we encourage everyone to walk or cycle where possible. If you drive, please make sure you park outside the Pavilion or along the park.The visitors bays are only for the Greylingwell Park residents (avoid the ticket!)The parking app used at The Pavilion is SIPPI.
