We'll show you how to destress and relax through creativity and guided meditation. It’s been a challenging time for many of us so you owe it to yourself to take time out just for you. We'll begin with a 5-10 minute meditation exercise to help you feel grounded and centred. A perfect gift yourself or for someone special!
