Making your own probiotic-rich fermented vegetables is one of the best and simplest things you can do to improve your health—and it’s easier than you think!

Discover the art of fermentation and unlock a world of tangy, nutrient-packed superfoods that are as delicious as they are good for you. Guided by me, Olivia Wall of Wild Cultures, this hands-on workshop will teach you everything you need to know to confidently ferment your own vegetables at home.

What You’ll Learn
We’ll dive into the history of fermentation, exploring how these traditional methods have been used for thousands of years to preserve food and support health across cultures. Together, we’ll make:

Sauerkraut: Create this crunchy, tangy classic, teeming with probiotics and vitamins to boost gut health and digestion.

Kimchi: Master the spicy, umami-rich Korean favorite, loaded with antioxidants and immune-supporting nutrients.

Traditional Dill Pickles: Ferment these zesty, probiotic-packed delights, perfect for snacking or adding to meals.

And More! Explore other seasonal vegetable recipes to expand your fermenting repertoire.

Throughout the workshop, you'll enjoy tastings of these delicious fermented veggies to spark your creativity and palate.

We’ll also explore the amazing benefits of gut health, discussing why fermented foods are so vital for your microbiome and immune system. You’ll taste a variety of delicious fermented vegetables, giving you ideas for flavor combinations and techniques to try at home.
