LEARN TO FERMENT

Hi! My name is Olivia and I teach fermented food workshops. I love what I do, because it combines everything that I’m passionate about – delicious food, science, nutrition, and the environment.

I created my fermentation workshops to share my knowledge and experiences with others, to help you on your own health journey and to teach you to make delicious food that’s actually good for you.

I truly believe that our bodies want to heal themselves and that we just need to create the right environment for them to do so. Gut health is so important for all kinds of illnesses and ailments. Fermented foods are the perfect way to keep your gut healthy!

Making your own fermented foods at home is so much more fun, plus tastier, and cheaper than buying it from the supermarket. You can get the family involved and really change it up depending on what flavours you enjoy.

WORKSHOPS

ONLINE OR IN PERSON

In my fermentation classes I’ll show you how to make yum food and drink like kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha and kefir.

I can give fermentation classes both online and safely in person, for beginners or people who’ve already tried it before.

BUSINESS FUN DAYS

Many workers suffer from stress and anxiety, and most people feel the symptoms of these conditions in their stomachs. That’s for a very good reason: your stomach is your ‘second brain’, where loads of chemical reactions take place all the time to keep things moving. Really? Yes!

So, if you’re looking for something a bit different for your next team building day – something that your team will actually enjoy! – this is perfect. And I can do them remotely online or safely in your office.
