Join our Mindfulness Yoga class as part of our Week of Wellbeing (WoW)

Wednesday 20 October 8:00-8:45am During our annual Week of Wellbeing, we will be sharing activities and resources that will help support your family to enhance emotional wellbeing.Join our Kids Inspire Yoga Alliance accredited teacher, Natasha Wellfare for a Mindfulness Yoga class.The class will be accessible for all - including beginners and will focus on integrating mindfulness into the practise of Yoga to reduce anxiety and calm the nervous system. Feel free to bring blankets for a long relaxation at the end of the class. A couple of cushions might be useful too. If you don&#x27;t have a mat - don&#x27;t let that stop you. A towel will be fine!
