THEME: Halloween, Make something scary

Halloween is coming and so this is a great time to make something scary. Bring along what you are working on for Halloween or use this an an opportunity to make something new. Also, with 2 weeks to Halloween after the event you may be inspired to make your own scray Raspberry Pi inpsired project.

The Egham Raspberry Jam is primarily a Show and Tell event where people bring along their projects for you to try out and share how they made them so others can learn and be inspired to make their own or an adaptation.

So, if you have a project you want the world to see bring it along. Or, if you are looking for inspiration again, come along and have a chat.

In the past there have been:

• Scalextric controlled from Scratch
• Lots and lots of remote control bots. Some that shot missiles (toy), some with remote viewing.
• 3D Printing.
• SenseHat games
• Arcade emulation
• Robot Arms
• Programming tutorials
• Fun with Minecraft

Additional Information:

Pre registration required (it's free).

Ages 8 and over.

Under 16s need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Come see and learn about robotics, programming, electronics, development, creativity.

Other Information

No Soldering onsite.

There will be no internet access but a wireless router will be setup to allow connecting to local devices.

If you need Internet access then you will have to either tether to a phone or use a mifi type device.

If bringing a project to show please bring a power extension lead as the sockets are in funny places.
