We are a group of HR professionals and specialists with a shared passion for employee wellbeing and engagement.  We come together in a two hour forum meeting every other month to talk and learn about topics focused on improving the wellbeing of people in business.

The Positive HR Forum meets on a bi-monthly basis. The aim of our forum is to bring together expertise from different business sectors to share knowledge and experiences specific to employee engagement and wellbeing.Each meeting we focus on a different engagement and/or wellbeing topic. Guest speakers are invited to present different elements of the topic from an expert, personal or business perspective.The topic for this meeting is &#x27;Coaching &amp; Counselling&#x27;.During this meeting we will be looking at the differences of coaching and counselling and how these skills can be applied to support employees in the workplace.PLEASE NOTE – We continue to monitor the COVID-19 restrictions and will endeavour to make the necessary adjustments required to ensure a COVID secure environment for all attendees.If lockdown easing rules change we will revert to an online Zoom meeting. For this meeting we will allow refunds to anyone who changes their mind due to not feeling comfortable with the face to face setting nearer the time.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------Our forum welcomes:<ul><li>Senior HR Leaders</li><li>Business Owners (who have a HR role within the business)</li><li>Engagement &amp; Wellbeing Specialists </li><li>Associated service providers (whose services are primarily specific to HR Leaders).</li></ul>RECRUITMENT COMPANIES - Please note - we have a maximum restriction of no more than 3 recruitment companies in the meeting. If the number booked on is exceeded we will notify you and refund any event fees paid.MLM COMPANIES - Due to the nature of the forum we do not feel that this is the right forum for you to promote your products/services.
