Drawing on years of research, real stories, and her own lived experience, Sammy dismantles the myth of the “perfect grown up” and builds a more authentic, human definition - one that many of us will recognise. With warmth, humour, compassion and insight, she challenges imposter syndrome and the outdated expectations we often hold ourselves to. Whether you’re 25 or 95, new to this whole adulting thing or just tired of pretending you’ve got it nailed, this event is for you! Expect good conversation, real talk, and a few welcome laughs as we rethink what it truly means to grow up.
