Overview

UofG Wellbeing Matters: Managing Anxiety (2025-26)

In this Masterclass, we'll take a look at anxiety, a really normal response to difficult or stressful situations. We’ll look at the cycle of anxiety, the fight, flight, freeze response, and some common environments where we may find ourselves feeling a bit anxious, such as group work assignments and presentations. We’ll then dive into a range of practical tools and techniques that we can all use to help ourselves manage our anxiety response effectively.
