What time does the event start and finish?

The event begins with boarding at 7:30 PM, and the boat departs promptly at 8:00 PM . We will return to the dock at 11:45 PM, with disembarking completed by 12:00 AM

What happens if I arrive late?

Unfortunately, if you arrive after 7:55 PM, the boat will have already departed, and you will not be able to board. We highly recommend arriving early to ensure a smooth experience!

What is the policy on violence or inappropriate behavior?

Accepted Answer

ROvibes has a zero-tolerance policy for violence, harassment, or inappropriate behavior. Anyone involved will be removed from the event to the nearest pier without a refund and may face legal action. We prioritize a safe, enjoyable environment for all guests

Can i bring my own drink ?

Unfortunately, outside drinks are not allowed on board. However, our bar will have a variety of options to suit all tastes

Is there an age restriction?

Yes, this event is strictly 18+ ,please bring a valid ID for verification at the boarding point

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else if you’re unable to attend. Just notify us in advance !!

The Captain has the right to refuse a passenger to board the Vessel if said passenger appears to be under the influence of drugs/alcohol
