If you are looking for an opportunity for some self-care time out yo relax and unwind or are simply curious, then i welcome you.However the event is not suitable for anyone suffering from epilepsy, in the first trimester of pregnancy or carrying a pacemaker. If you are tapering off any medication/drugs, particularly those prescribed for depression and are unsure whether sound meditation is advisable, please check with your GP before booking.
