Hyddgen & Foel Uchaf hill circuit north of Ponterwyd

Nant-y-moch

<p>Approx 8 mile circuit in a very remote feeling part of the Cambrian Mountains.  Led by local qualified mountain leader we will start at Maesnant at 10am just north east of Nant Y Moch reservoir north of the village of Ponterwyd.  We will climb to the stunning hill of Hyddgen with two giant cairns before traversing accross to the smaller Foel Uchaf before desecnding to the valley floor and returning along the peaceful Hengwm Valley.  Good level of fitness essential althought this is not one of our more difficult walks.  £25pp.  Booking essential and more details will be sent upon booking.</p>
