Overview

If you have been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or struggling to switch off or sleep, The Monthly Breath Reset offers space to pause, release, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded and supportive way.

This is a recurring breathwork workshop in Brighton & Hove using conscious connected breathing, music, and verbal guidance, with space for settling and integration. The focus is not on fixing yourself, but on guided exploration of the breath with choice, consent, and nervous system awareness at the centre.

What to expect

This is an active, guided breathwork session. You will be guided into a specific breathing pattern, supported by music and verbal cues. At times, the breath and music may build in intensity to support release and expression.

You are never pushed or forced. You remain in control of your breath, your body, and your experience at all times. You are always welcome to slow down, pause, rest, or return to a gentler breath whenever you need.

The depth of the experience is shaped by the group and by your own choice. Some people experience strong sensations or emotions, others have a quieter, more subtle experience. Both are completely valid.

You do not need to share, speak, or perform in any way for the session to be meaningful.

Consent and Choice

At the start of the session, you will be offered simple consent-to-touch cards. These allow you to indicate whether you are open to light, supportive touch or prefer no touch at all.

Your choice can be changed at any point during the session, without explanation. Touch is never required, and many people choose no touch and still have a full experience.

Consent, autonomy, and respect for boundaries are central to how these sessions are facilitated.

What the session includes
Sessions may include:
• guided conscious connected breathing
• verbal guidance and invitation to release
• gentle or expressive movement, always optional
• settling and integration
• immersive music through headphones for focus and containment

Breath is used as a supportive and exploratory tool. You remain in choice throughout and can adapt the practice at any time.

Monthly Themes

Each session explores a different theme, such as rest, balance, new beginnings, creativity, or emotional ease. Themes change monthly to keep the sessions fresh and meaningful.

Themes are shared on social media. Follow @BreatheClarity for updates.
