<h4><br><strong><strong>NOVEMBER PREGNANCY AND POSTNATAL FITNESS</strong></strong></h4><h4>DATES: Tuesdays 4th, 11th, 18th November</h4><h4>TIME: 10:30am-12:30pm</h4><h4>LOCATION: St Catherine's Church Hall, 120 Southend Road, Wickford, SS11 8EB</h4><h4>COST: FREE</h4><h4><br></h4><p>PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL NOT BE A SESSION ON THE 25TH NOVEMBER</p><p>Join our fully qualified YMCA personal trainer, Sally Taylor, for her weekly exercise sessions designed to help you keep healthy before and after birth.</p><p>These sessions are suitable when you're pregnant and if you've already had your baby. You're welcome to bring your baby along to the class too (suitable for little ones up to 9 months old)!</p><p><br></p><h3><strong><strong>What to expect from our Pregnancy and Postnatal Fitness class:</strong></strong></h3><ul><li>A gentle warm-up</li><li>Cardio moves</li><li>Strength and toning exercises that concentrate on muscles you'll use in pregnancy/birth and in the postnatal period</li><li>Circuits</li><li>Pelvic floor exercises</li><li>Stretch and relaxation</li><li>Exercise adaptations suggested throughout to allow pregnant and new mums to exercise together</li><li>A soft drink and a chat after the class</li></ul><h4><br></h4><p>Sally has over 10 years’ experience of providing exercise sessions for pregnant and postnatal women. Her classes are adapted to suit women at all stages - whether you're pregnant or a new mum - and all fitness levels. Sally provides lots of exercise adaptations during each session, which means that pregnant and postnatal women can exercise together.</p><p>If you've never exercised before, you're particularly welcome - so why not give it a go!</p><p>Pregnant women need to have had clearance to exercise. If you've already your baby, please wait until after your 6-week check before participating. If you've had a c-section, you can join after 12 weeks. Always check with your midwife or GP before starting any new routine.</p>
