This talk is aimed at informing community groups on how to support the people they work with regarding this important subject .Points to be covered: <ul><li>Protecting your family’s nest egg</li><li>Inheritance tax</li><li>Prevent ‘sideways disinheritance’</li><li>Lasting Powers of Attorney</li><li>Vulnerable Persons Trust</li></ul>There will be opportunities for questions throught the sessionOur Speakers are experienced Estate Planning Consultants and have been providing these Talks to the community for some years now.
