Go Meet, AI is everywhere right now… but where should your business start
Go Meet Duxford is a business event held at The Officers' Mess, Duxford offering the opportunity to connect and network.
We are delighted that this month our guest speaker is Tom Wright, Peak15 AI.
Tom is the founder of Peak15 AI, a Cambridge-based consultancy that helps SMEs and nonprofits implement AI practically and ethically. With over a decade of experience in technology transformation, he specialises in the human side of AI adoption (strategy, change management, and governance) as much as the technology itself.
Prior to founding Peak15, Tom served as Senior Director of Engineering at EnergySage, a Schneider Electric company, where he led AI adoption across engineering teams and delivered sustained productivity improvements. He has worked with organisations across the private and third sectors, and is known for cutting through the hype to focus on what actually works.
We will be discussing AI in its practical business context, cutting through the hype to explore where it can deliver real value today. AI offers four distinct layers of opportunity: off-the-shelf tools, automation and agentic AI, building with AI via APIs, and custom model training. Each has a very different ROI profile. Tom will help you understand which layer makes sense for your business right now, and why starting at the wrong one is one of the most common (and costly) mistakes organisations make.
