Continuing live online training - To provide Trainers with the skills, knowledge and confidence to use best quality live online training effectively. <h3></h3><h3>Afternoon Session Choices:</h3>Training fundamentals - To share best practice in the fundamentals of training for Girlguiding.Programme training - To support programme trainers in running best quality programme-based sessions for volunteers.Volunteer skills - To explore and enhance Trainer's skills in supporting volunteers in their role.Mental Health - Run by a professional Laughology facilitator (www.laughology.co.uk) who will focus on managing overload, setting &amp; respecting boundaries &amp; looking after our mental health.
