Youth Scotland is the national charity for supporting and delivering youth work in the community. We believe in changing lives through youth work.We are the largest national youth work organisation in Scotland, supporting 113,100 young people, 2,400 youth groups and over 11,700 youth workers. Youth Scotland has been around since the early 20th century and has a diverse membership network – from small rural youth groups to large urban projects. The common goal that we all share is better outcomes for young people.

Please note: Your booking won't be accepted until you provide all your details.We need all your information, to be able to ensure we have a space for you. - Youth Scotland Next Generation Network- 11 November 2025- 4pm - 5pm <h2>Youth Scotland Next Gen Network</h2><h4>A network for young youth workers aged 16–25 from Youth Scotland member groups.</h4>Youth Scotland has launched the Next Gen Network, dedicated to supporting the next generation of youth work leaders across Scotland thrive.Built from our expertise and experience in developing youth leadership programmes, such as the iLead Pathway and Young Grantmakers programme, the Next Gen Network brings together youth workers and volunteers aged 16 to 25 from Youth Scotland membership. This network will offer a space to exchange ideas, share experiences and grow their confidence as emerging youth workers and volunteers.The network will provide an opportunity for young youth workers and volunteers aged 16 to 25 to:<ul><li>Connect with others working their way through similar challenges and aspirations</li></ul><ul><li>Access peer-led learning opportunities, creative workshops and informal mentoring</li></ul><ul><li>Help influence Youth Scotland’s future programming with your ideas and experiences</li></ul><ul><li>Build lasting connections and bonds across regions, whether urban, rural or island</li></ul> Please help us support this network with these simple steps: <ol><li>Tell us if you cannot attend more than 24hrs in advance. This allows us to free up the space for another youth worker.</li><li>Check you can join with camera and microphone. Our online training is engaging, interactive and discussion-based – not a webinar format. Our members regularly tell us this is better learning and we are confident you will gain more.</li><li>Eventbrite sends you all your information by email. You will receive your ticket at booking and be sent a reminder – with any login details if online – approximately 24hrs in advance. If there are materials and handouts, your facilitator will send these too.</li></ol>Thank you for using our training and helping us to continue supporting the needs of our members and community-based youth work.
