I’m Frances Bentley, transformational coach and author of Broken Bones. I’ll be bringing a mix of hot-coaching (that quick, intuitive, breakthrough support I love to do), group coaching, meditation, breath-work and holistic practices.There’ll be laughter. There may be tears. There will be breakthroughs, softness, strength and beauty. And when your energy peaks, when your face lights up with that real joy and ease… that’s when the wonderful NUX steps in. With her camera and her open heart, she’ll capture you in your true light. Not just how you look, but how you feel , your joy, your essence, your beauty.
