Culture Camp DEI: A Day for Brave, Inclusive Leaders
One day. Big energy. Brilliant minds coming together. A day to make sure that inclusion stays in the conversation.
Culture Camp is back! A one day gathering for people who truly believe that work can (and should) be better.
This is a space for brave and inclusive leaders to come together and think about building something better; with optimism, creativity and heart.
This isn't about corporate jargon, and it's definitely not death by PowerPoint.
It's all about bold ideas, real talk, and a brilliant community of people who care about how we lead, support and shape the world of work.
What you'll get:
- A full day of inspiring talks and energising workshops.
- Big topics on all things DEI and belonging.
- An inclusive atmosphere of warmth, energy and optimism.
- Fresh thining and practical ideas that you can implement straight away.
Who's it for?
People leaders. HR, L&D, DEI, ops, founders, managers, coaches, creatives and anyone who believes that culture is everyone's responsibility.
Where?
We're keeping it in the North West again! Culture Camp will take place in Manchester City Centre. Venue TBA.
When?
23rd April 2026 - 9.30am-4.30pm
Tickets:
- Early Bird: £105 (limited release – once they’re gone, they’re gone)
- Standard Price: £150

Naomi Glover - Naomi is an Applied Neuroscientist who has a sharp focus on brain health at work. Naomi will be running a wowrkshop for us on making workplaces more brain healthy for brains of all ages and stages - including a section on menopause.
Helen Davies - Founder of Practical Wisdom, a Clinical Director and the creator of The Neuroinclusion Quality Marker Accreditation. Helen's session at Culture Camp DEI is around embracing diverse neuro-types and enhancing performance for all. Why Culture Camp?
Because too many conversations about the future of work are pessimistic.
Because we believe hope and optimism is a strategy.
Because community beats competition.
Because leadership isn’t about power; it’s about presence, compassion and courage.
Culture Camp is a space to think big, slow down, connect deeply and leave recharged.
