Do I need to know how to skate before joining?

Not at all! Our classes are beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels. We break techniques down step-by-step so everyone can learn at their own pace.

What equipment do I need?

You’ll need a pair of roller skates (quads preferred), safety gear such as wrist guards, knee pads, and a helmet if desired. If you don’t have skates, let us know—we may be able to recommend some purchase options.

What should I wear?

Comfortable fitness or dancewear that allows movement. Avoid overly loose clothing that could catch in your skates. Bring water and a small towel if you’d like.

Our classes are tailored to different ability levels. You don’t need to be an athlete—just bring a willingness to learn and move. Glide & Flow is about fun, confidence, and progress, not perfection.
