Join artist Diana Puntar for walking tours of her sculpture trail Chimera exploring an alternative history to Kingston on 1 Nov 11am & 2pm.

Join us for a special closing event to Chimera (H±R-A) by artist Diana Puntar on Saturday 1 November 2025 for guided walking tours at 11am and 2pm.<a href="https://www.stanleypickergallery.org/programme/diana-puntar/" title="https://www.stanleypickergallery.org/programme/diana-puntar/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Chimera (H±R-A) Historical Re-Anachronism</a> is an alternative heritage and sculpture trail around Kingston town centre by artist Diana Puntar, co-commissioned by Stanley Picker Gallery at Kingston University and the Royal Borough of Kingston for <a href="https://www.kingstonheritage.org.uk/Kingston2025" title="https://www.kingstonheritage.org.uk/Kingston2025" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Kingston 2025</a>.The trail features artworks that explore the transformation of historical objects, such as the Kingston Coronation Stone, into symbols of English heritage, with locations including Kingston University’s Town House Library, Kingston Museum, Frederick W Paine Funeral Museum and All Saints Church. Locations include: Town House Library, Kingston Museum, Frederick W Paine Funeral Museum and All Saints Church.Tours will approximately last 1.5hr ending back at Stanley Picker Gallery for light refreshments.We ask all to arrive on time at the first meeting point and to please wear weather-appropriate clothes and comfortable shoes.
