The sound waves activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to lower blood pressure, release tension, reduce anxiety, and promote deep relaxation.The 90 mins allows you to set your intention before relaxing and drifting into a deeply restorative state then awaken refreshed and grounded, with your inner compass gently realigned by therapeutic frequencies.Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and able to remain still and comfortable with sound vibrations throughout the session. WHO CAN ATTEND THE SESSIONTeenagers aged 13 and above are welcome, provided they can tolerate sound vibrations, remain quiet, and lie down or sit comfortably throughout the session. All under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
