Start-Up BootcampFor start-ups and early-stage entrepreneurs, this bootcamp is designed to encourage businesses to focus on the fundamentals of a successful business and develop a viable, successful and sustainable business.Three intense sessions, each delivered by one of our experienced business experts, providing practical content to help you learn and make progress, alongside a group of supportive peers.You will finish the Bootcamp with a clear plan on how to move your business forward and reach your next milestone.Session 1 - Business Planning - I hope you didn't miss this?Session 2 - Your Value Proposition and Your Customers - I hope you didn't miss this?Session 3 - Managing your Business Numbers - In this last session Richard Holling, will help to demistify financial management. After all, no business can succeed without valid income (a revenue stream), and only a fool wouldn't make sure they understood their costs.Richard will cover the basics of financial literacy, financial management e.g. cash flow forecasting, the difference between sole trader financials vs Ltd Company, basic taxes and more.This Start-Up Bootcamp is perfect for individuals who are thinking of starting their own business, sole trader or Limited Company. Or for businesses who are looking for some help with developing their early-stage business or pivoting their plans.Attending this Bootcamp will also enable you to access further Business support from Enterprise Oxfordshire.Minimal Financial Assistance (MFA) schemeThe Growth Hub programme operates a Minimal Financial Assistance (MFA) scheme. All SMEs which receive support under this programme are being aided under the UK Subsidy Control Act (2022) and The Subsidy Control (Gross Cash Amount and Gross Cash Equivalent) Regulations (2022 No. 1186).MFA allows a beneficiary to receive up to £315,000 of Subsidy over a three-fiscal year period (i.e. the current and previous two fiscal years). The value of MFA given is the gross cash amount or the gross cash equivalent of the subsidy. The MFA value of this webinar is £723.40.At the end of each financial year, we are required to tell you the total amount of support you have received from Enterprise Oxfordshire.
