Children's Activity Day: Woodland Workshop - Morning Session

East Grinstead Museum is a local history museum in the heart of this historic town. It tells the story both of the development of the town, from the Middle Ages to the modern day, and of the remarkable story of SIr Archibald McIndoe a pioneering plastic surgeon and the air men who's lives he saved during the Second World War.It hosts a variety of engaging events from local history talks to children's activities, exhibitions and many other things besides.

Come and take part in some exciting woodland-themed craft activities!  Have a go at leaf art, make an animal mask and create a pet spider!

Come and take part in some exciting woodland themed craft activities, and have a go at making some leaf art, bonfire biscuits and animal masks at the museum!Please note that due to COVID 19 spaces are limited, and we can only accept 12 children for each session.These sessions are suitable for 4-10 year olds.Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.Each session lasts 2 hours, and for the safety of everyone involved, and to help reduce the spread of COVID 19, we will be doing the following:<ul><li>Asking your child to sanitise their hands between each activity</li><li>Encouraging the wearing of face coverings for adults whilst inside</li><li>Providing as much ventilation within the Museum as possible</li></ul>Please note that we will be contacting you to confirm how many children and adults will be attending, and asking additional questions related to the activities.The ticket price will include the Eventbrite handling fee of 72p per ticket.
